Stan Wasserkrug

Stan Wasserkrug has been a prominent commercial real estate developer since 1986. He created several companies in the past 35 years, developing over 4.5 million square feet of retail from ground up, to eventual sale. These areas of development included projects in Las Vegas, Dallas, and the Phoenix Valley. He has created several businesses and has been the owner in a variety of gaming properties, including seven Mulligans and Goldfinger’s gaming taverns, two Elko based casinos, The Red Lion, Gold Country, along with a Hilton Garden Inn in Houston, Texas, and 4 mini storage facilities in Phoenix and Las Vegas. He also has created several real estate development companies.

Most recently, Stan has decided to continue his development expertise in the retail development industry with the expansion of Intercapital Asset Management, a company that he created in 1993. He is excited to take on new development opportunities and create the best value possible for his
career long investors.

Jake Wasserkrug

Jake Wasserkrug took a ground up approach to learning the commercial real estate industry. Working in construction, Jake gained an appreciation for the hard work that goes into bringing a project vertical. Understanding tenant needs and the technical aspects that go into a lease became his focus as a property manager. To finish off his well rounded experience, he worked as a broker at one of the top national firms. This is where he became acquainted with buyer needs and how to maximize the value of a property.

In March of 2020, Jake started his career in commercial development with InterCapital Asset Management, which has been active in development for over 35 years. Although Jake finds his experience in the field immensely useful, working under his father at InterCapital Asset Management is what he believes to be most valuable. Through working projects over the years together, Jake had the benefit of looking at deals through the eyes of 35+ years of success. With that knowledge and foresight, Jake uses these teachings as the backbone of his perspective and analysis of project viability.
