St. Viators Field will include the redevelopment of approximately 4.18-acres of land on the southeast corner of Eastern Ave and Rochelle Ave. The revitalization will include the construction of ±117,000 SF of multifamily apartments, along with the construction of a C-Store/ Gas Station PAD. The apartments will range from ±724 to 1,652 SF with parking that allows up to 185 cars. The complex is situated less than 2 miles from the University of Las Vegas-Nevada and 4 miles from the Las Vegas Strip, making it a prime location for this type of multifamily use.
